Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar Chief Guest at Sindbal Tournament Final, Assures Support for Sports Ground Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar Chief Guest at Sindbal Tournament Final, Assures Support for Sports Ground Ganderbal: The final match of a village-level tournament was played at Sindbal in Ganderbal district, with JKUM President and former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar as the chief guest on the occasion. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar congratulated the organizers for taking the initiative to provide a platform for local youth to showcase their sporting talent. He said such activities encourage young people to participate in sports, develop their skills and pursue opportunities at the professional level. He also expressed concern over the increasing involvement of some youth in drugs and other harmful activities, saying that sports can play an important role in keeping young people away from such activities while promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar also took note of the issues related to the sports ground and assured the players and organizers that he would raise their concerns with the concerned authorities. He further assured that a roller would be provided for the ground to improve its playing surface and facilities for local youth.

बैंकिंग न्यूज़: डागडा खड्ड वार्ड 1 बना मुसीबत का कारण, प्रसाद खाने आए  आवारा  गाय(पशु )रगड़ो के हमले का शिकार --- प्रागपुर  /गरली 26 अगस्त  विकास खंड प्रागपुर  के बणी पंचायत में स्थित  डगडा खड्ड के वार्ड 1 क्षेत्र में कचरे की समस्या अब जानवरों की जान पर सवाल बन गया है। एतिहासिक चानो सिद्ध मंदिर का गुड़ युक्त प्रसाद और चढ़ावे का सामान खुले में फेंके जाने के कारण स्थानीय लोगों के पशु और आवारा पशु( गाय) खड्ड की तरफ खिंचे चले आ रहे हैं। रगड़ो ने किए आवारा  पशु जख्मी मीठे की गंध के कारण पशु प्रसाद खाने खड्ड में पहुंच रहे हैं। इसी दौरान रगड़ो ने  पालतू पशुओं पर  आवारा  पशुओं पर हमला कर उन्हें बुरी तरह जख्मी कर दिया है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि उनके 2-3 पशु घायल हो चुके हैं। और  मन्दिर के परिसर  श्रद्धालूओं द्वारा   मीठा युक्त  गुड़ प्रशाद चढ़ावा खुले में  खड्ड  में फैंका जा रहा    सरासर ग़लत है  जब कि इसी रास्ते से  ग्रामीण अपने घरो के लिए आने जाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता रहा है  25 अगस्त 2026 को ली गई तस्वीरों में खड्ड के किनारे प्लास्टिक, प्रसाद की थैलियां और कचरे के ढेर साफ देखे जा सकते हैं। सबसे बड़ी हैरानी:  बणी पंचायत खामोश ग्रामीणों ने कई बार पंचायत को शिकायत दी, लेकिन अब तक न सफाई हुई न ही कोई ठोस कदम उठाया गया। ग्रामीणों में रोष है कि धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत होने के साथ-साथ अब पशुओं की जान भी खतरे में है। एक ग्रामीण ने कहा: _"मंदिर का प्रसाद कूड़े में और कूड़ा खड्ड में। अब तो हमारे पशु भी सुरक्षित नहीं हैं। पंचायत कब जागेगी?"_ कांगड़ा उपायुक्त प्रशासन से मांग . वार्ड 1 में तुरंत सफाई अभियान चलाया जाए मंदिर कमेटी प्रसाद निस्तारण के लिए उचित व्यवस्था करे  खुले में कचरा फेंकने और आवारा पशुओं पर नियंत्रण के लिए कदम उठाए जाएं स्थानीय लोगों ने DC कांगड़ा और SDM देहरा से तुरंत हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है। कहा कि पंचायत  को साफ सफ़ाई करवाई जाए। फोटो , विडियो  ---
