Appeal for Justice in Pending Land Donation Compensation & Employment Case I, Shahroze Bhatti, resident of District Poonch, respectfully seek the attention of the concerned authorities and media regarding my long-pending land donation case in favour of the Education Department. In the year 2012, my family legally donated approximately 1 Kanal and 2 Marlas of land for the establishment and functioning of Primary School Sakiwala Bandichechian under the Education Department. The land was handed over through proper legal and revenue documentation without taking any monetary compensation from the Government. The Government had assured eligible land donors of compensation or employment under the applicable policies including provisions similar to SRO-520 and related rehabilitation norms. However, despite completing all legal formalities and submitting documents before the concerned offices multiple times, neither compensation nor employment assistance has been provided till date. Through this public appeal, I request the following departments and authorities to kindly examine and resolve this genuine matter on humanitarian and legal grounds: Chief Education Officer, Poonch Deputy Commissioner, Poonch Director School Education Jammu Revenue Department, Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Department of School Education I humbly request the authorities to: Verify the donated land records and departmental possession. Review my eligibility for employment/rehabilitation benefits. Provide justice to the land donor family after years of waiting. Issue a transparent and lawful decision at the earliest. I also request the respected media fraternity to highlight this matter so that deserving citizens who donated land for public welfare are not left unheard.
