Kashmir Farm Visit - 3 After the first farm visit, we went and stayed at Pahalgam Witnessing the beauty of Pahalgam, we reached to Anantnag to meet another farmer We directly went to his farm and witnessed Walnut, Apple and few other crops He also grows Kashmiri’s famous traditional Rice - Mushk Badaj which is an aromatic one Almost 98% of Apple farms in Kashmir are not organic Atleast 5 to 12 chemicals used in apple farms The apple we went not organic But we do get to see some organic apple trees in our farmers place and the taste was too good but it doesn’t have color, shape and had many marks on it Witnessed some traditional apple trees while many apples nowadays are hybrid only Super good experiences and then we moved to the farmers home To be continued…
