- MV INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL INSTALLS THE STUDENT’S CABINET It was a day of rejoice in the student community of MV International School as their elected representative were assigned leadership roles in the Investiture Ceremony of the school. Thirty (30) student leaders have been inducted into the student’s cabinet for the session 2024-25. SSP Samba Vinay Sharma, JKPS, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour were Umesh Sharma, SDM Vijaypur; Sarabjit Singh Johal, DDC Member Ramgarh-B & Shilpa Dubey, DDC Member Vijaypur. Chairman Hira Lal Abrol & School Director Gourav Abrol, along with parents of cabinet members attended the program along with staff & students of the school. The school auditorium was buzz with zeal and honour, the guests and school management conferred the badges and sashes to the cabinet members, enabling their young shoulders to wield responsibilities that are attached with these positions. Bhanu Pratap (12C) r/o Samba and Ipshita Sharma (12C), r/o Jakh are the leaders of Cabinet Working Committee as Head Boy and Head Girl respectively. Both of them in their speeches affirmed their mission and pledged to keep the flag of the school flying high. Prefect members of the cabinet are: Vice Head Boy - Gourav Sharma(11C) r/o Samba and Vice Head Girl- Gunjan Dutta (11A) r/o Vijaypur. School Cultural Ministry Captains are Pyuesh Padha (12B), r/o Daini & Janvi Sharma (12A) r/o Gagore and their deputy appointments are - Piyush Bagal (11C) r/o Najwal & Koshika Slathia (11B) r/o Gurha Slathia. House Captains of this ministry are: The Maestros House – Vedhanti Sambyal (11C) r/o Kehli Mandi, Manan Dabgotra (10C) r/o Raya Suchani & Aashvi Sharma (5A) r/o Samba; The Victors House – Lavish Rajra (11B) r/o Rarha, Vedant Singh (10A) r/o Samba & Divyanshi (5A) r/o Badali ; The Invincibles House – Chahat Hans (11D) r/o Badali, Namandeep Singh (10B) r/o Greater Kailash & Shreya Saini (5A) r/o Palli; The Supremes House – Krity Angral (11D) r/o Bishnah, Akshita Sharma (10A) r/o Gaghwal & Sanyam Manhas (5B) r/o Raya. Ministry of Sports comprises of Sports Captains - Arshvardhan (12B), r/o Panthee, Bhumika Gupta (12D) r/o Channi Himmat, Harsh (11C) r/o Karyal Brahmna and Harshen Kaur (11D) r/o Vijaypur. Home Ministry has Discipline Captains - Kinjal Karnani (11D) r/o Greater Kailash, Apeksha Gupta (10A) r/o Vijaypur & Ashwika (5A) r/o Supwal. Environment Ministry comprises of Eco Leaders Suhani (11B) r/o Panjtilla, Rushil Gupta (10C)r/o Vijaypur & Pragya (5A) r/o Rakh Amb Talli. Four teachers have been appointed as House wardens - Minakshi Manhas - The Maestros House; Priyanka - The Victors House; Ajay Kumar - The Invincibles House; Monika Rana - The Supremes House. Principal of the school, Kundan Lal Dogra administered the Oath to the leaders of student’s cabinet. Chief Guest Vinay Sharma, JKPS complimented the school for conducting a remarkable ceremony and teaching the students, values of spirituality, discipline and model behaviour. He commended the way, the cabinet was installed by a democratic process and praised the school management, staff and students for their exemplary performance. The magnificent spectacle young leaders on the stage, with their badges and sashes, taking the oath of responsibility and holding their flags was truly an enthralling experience. Investiture Ceremony was held with a motto to bestow the students with a sense of responsibility and camaraderie.1
