ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਇੱਟਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੱਠਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਮਾਂਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੀਂਗੀ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦਲ (ਰਜਿ ਨੰ.21)ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਚ  ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੀਂਗੀ ਨੇ ਭੱਠਿਆਂ  ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਣਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਭੱਠਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰੇਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਮੇਹਨ ਤਾਨਾ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਐਸਡੀਐਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਮੋਰੈਂਡਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ।ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਭੱਠਾ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਗੌਰ ਨਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਚ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਢਣਗੇ।ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਭੱਠਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦਲ ਜਿਲਾ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀ ਖਾਨ ਪਰਜਾਪਤ, ਮੰਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੱਕਾਂਵਾਲੀ ਭੱਠਾ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀ ਖਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਠਾ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੱਕਾਂਵਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਵਾਇਆ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਜਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਮਾਂਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਚ ਸਰਬ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਨਦੇਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਬੀਰਵਲ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੀਂਗੀ ਦਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੇ ਸਿਰੋਪਾ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
