Candidates are also demanding the cancellation or re-conduct of the 70th BPSC Preliminary Examination, citing alleged past paper leaks and administrative irregularities.! On Monday, BPSC Examination Controller Rajesh Kumar Singh made a controversial statement at a press conference, angering students. Following the controversy, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary ordered his immediate suspension! During the protest, students resorted to stone pelting, injuring several officers, including a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and a female police officer. Some students and female students were also injured in the police action! Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and Rohini Acharya have strongly condemned this lathi-charge and described the policies of the Nitish-Samrat government as dictatorial!
