पांगी, चंबा। जनजातीय क्षेत्र पांगी में शुक्रवार से जारी बर्फबारी और बारिश ने जनजीवन को बुरी तरह प्रभावित कर दिया है। कडु नाला के समीप भूस्खलन होने से वाया अटल टनल रोहतांग पांगी का संपर्क प्रदेश के अन्य हिस्सों से कट गया है। वहीं, हिमाचल पथ परिवहन निगम (HRTC) के कई रूट भी बाधित हो गए हैं। पिछले 30 से 35 घंटों से लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण तापमान में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। ऊपरी क्षेत्रों—सुराल भटोरी, हुडान भटोरी, परमार भटोरी, चस्क भटोरी, मूर्छ, किलाड़, किरयुनी, करयास, चलोली, कुठाह और थांदल सहित अन्य इलाकों में 2 से 3 इंच तक ताजा बर्फबारी हुई है। सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) के अंतर्गत तांदी-संसारी नाला राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग कडु नाला के पास भूस्खलन के चलते बंद हो गया है, जिससे पांगी घाटी का संपर्क पूरी तरह प्रभावित हुआ है। भारी बारिश के कारण अंदरूनी सड़कों की स्थिति भी खराब हो गई है और कई मार्गों पर कीचड़ के चलते आवाजाही ठप पड़ी है। परिवहन व्यवस्था को आंशिक रूप से बनाए रखने के लिए प्रशासन ने सीमित रूटों पर बसें संचालित की हैं। सुगलवास रूट पर मिंधल, रेई और पुर्थी, हिलूटवान रूट पर साच, साहली, सैचू और शुण पंचायतों तथा सुराल रूट पर लुज, धरवास और सुराल पंचायतों के यात्रियों को सुविधा दी जा रही है। अन्य कई रूटों को खराब सड़क स्थिति के कारण रद्द करना पड़ा है। स्थानीय लोगों—राम प्रसाद, विद्या प्रसाद, तेज सिंह, कर्मजीत, शाम लाल, रूप सिंह, दिनेश कुमार और पंछी लाल ने बताया कि इस बार मार्च-अप्रैल में लगातार हो रही बारिश और बर्फबारी से खेती-बाड़ी पर असर पड़ रहा है। मटर की बीजाई प्रभावित हो रही है और सेब के फूलों को भी नुकसान पहुंचने की आशंका है। आवासीय आयुक्त पांगी अमनदीप सिंह ने बताया कि बीआरओ से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कडु नाला के पास भूस्खलन के कारण मुख्य मार्ग अवरुद्ध हुआ है। साथ ही, अंदरूनी सड़कों पर भी कीचड़ और फिसलन के चलते आवाजाही प्रभावित है। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की है कि भूस्खलन और पत्थर गिरने के खतरे को देखते हुए यात्रा के दौरान विशेष सावधानी बरतें। प्रशासन और बीआरओ की टीमें मार्ग बहाली में जुटी हैं और जल्द यातायात सामान्य होने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

He said that the road was in a very poor condition earlier, and MLA Ahsan Pardesi managed to secure funds from the Deputy Chief Minister, which helped initiate this important development work. He added that the road is vital for the local population and connectivity of the area.
