According to reports, the minor was attacked by a pack of stray dogs, leaving him critically injured. Soon after the incident, the child was rushed to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment. However, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival. The incident has sparked outrage among local residents, who expressed deep anguish over the rising menace of stray dogs in the area. Locals have urged the authorities to take immediate and effective measures to control the increasing population of stray dogs to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.
