Poonch, April 5: A fire broke out at a power grid station in the Seklu Mandi area of Poonch district on Sunday, causing damage to infrastructure, officials said. According to officials, the blaze erupted earlier in the day, damaging parts of the power grid. Fire and emergency services, along with police personnel, promptly reached the site and managed to bring the flames under control. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire may have been triggered by lightning.
