Amidst the misty hills of Coonoor, the hands that pluck the finest tea leaves weave stories of resilience and grace Here’s a glimpse into the heart of the tea gardens, where tradition meets nature Coonoor, nestled in the Nilgiri Hills of Tamil Nadu, is renowned for its lush tea plantations The tea workers, primarily women, play an essential role in hand-plucking tender tea leaves, ensuring quality and tradition are preserved Their day begins early, often before sunrise, as they traverse the steep slopes of the plantations with incredible skill and endurance Many of these workers come from generations of tea pluckers, with their livelihood deeply connected to the tea estates Despite their hard work, tea workers often face challenges like low wages and limited access to education or healthcare Yet, their resilience and dedication are what make the tea from this region so globally admired

Hello all, here’s another lunchbox recipe filled with nutrients and vibrant colors! *Disclaimer*: This recipe might break many Italians’ and Mexicans’ hearts as I’ve given it an Indian twist to suit our palate 🙈 Here’s the recipe: Ingredients: Pasta Kabuli channa (garbanzo beans) Peanuts (raw ones) Omelets (I used Just Egg since it’s plant-based) Bell peppers (finely chopped and any color works) Cilantro (finely chopped) Guacamole (I used store bought) Chaat masala Pepper powder Lemon juice Cook pasta, soaked kabuli channa and peanuts separately and set it aside Cook omelets however you like and slice them as set it aside Since all these 4 ingredients including guacamole and chaat masala have salt, I skipped adding additional salt as this tasted perfect for us Just mix all of them including other items in the ingredients list and mix well and that’s it your salad is ready!! Has carbs, protein, healthy fat and taste😋😋 How is this recipe?
