Dhal Singh Bisen
Introduction
Dhal Singh Bisen is an Indian politician associated with Bharatiya Janata Party. He is currently serving as member of parliament from Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
Early life and Education
Dhal Singh Bisen was born on 14 May 1952. He did A.V.M.S., D.H.B. (Ayurved Vigyanacharya with Modern Medicine and Surgery, Diploma in Trauma and Biochemistry) from Chhattisgarh Ayurvedic College, Raipur. He is married to Bhanumati Bisen and the couple has two daughters and one son.
Political Career
Dhalsingh Bisen, a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, was elected to represent Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India, in the 2019 Indian general election. Prior to his parliamentary role, he served as a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Madhya Pradesh from 2003 to 2005. Throughout his political career, Bisen has also been elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Madhya Pradesh in the years 1990, 1993, 1998, and 2003. Furthermore, he held the position of Chairman of the 4th State Finance Commission in the Government of Madhya Pradesh from 2011 to 2013.
