Sudhir Gupta
Introduction
Sudhir Gupta is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a member of parliament from the Mandsour constituency of Madhya Pradesh.
Early Life and Education
Sudhir Gupta was born on 19 May 1959 in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. His father’s name was Ramchandra Gupta, and he was a cloth merchant. In education, Sudhir Gupta did M.Com from Vikram University, Ujjain. He is married.
Political career
Sudhir Gupta, a two-time elected member, currently serves as a member of parliament in the Lok Sabha from the Mandsour constituency in Madhya Pradesh. Following his education, Gupta began his professional career at the Co-operative Bank in Mandsaur. He later became a representative of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. During his tenure as an office worker for Vishva Hindu Parishad, he actively participated in the Ram Janmbhoomi Movement and faced arrest in Uttar Pradesh's Etawah district. Gupta has been involved with various organizations, including Akhil Bhartiya Vaishy Mahasammelan, the Chamber of Commerce, Mandsaur Judo Parishad, and the Bharat Vikas Parishad. Additionally, he has served as an administrator at Saraswati Shishu Mandir. In recognition of his capabilities, Gupta was nominated to serve on the Committee on Estimate, the Standing Committees of the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers within the Government of India.
